Asus Eee Pad Tablet...and Shtuff!

Hello all, I am back!

I wanted to talk about a piece of technology in a category that I find fascinating: TABLETS!! Ok so the actual tablet is the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime Tablet. Long name, best in the lineup.
The AEPTP runs the 4th version of the Android OS; Ice Cream Sandwich, or ICS. It also rocks an Nvidia Tegra 3 1.3 Ghz Quad Core processor, which considering it's a tablet, is pretty nice! It's only 0.2 Ghz below my LAPTOP processor, although my CPU is made by AMD and not Nvidia.
For excellent viewing capability, it has a 10.1 inch screen, I have no idea what type though so don't ask me. Go look it up. Please. Aaand it has a 8mp rear facing camera with a 1.3-2mp front facing cam. Not bad. ALSO you can choose between the 16GB model or the 32GB model, both running with 1GB of RAM.
And with all that geek nerd talk aside, let's go into WHY I would spend my money on such a device. And why not. First of all it looks nice...what with it's optional docking keyboard....which will cost you an extra $100 to $140....no thanks. I've got a laptop.

First of all, this AEPTP is supposedly the top ranking Android tablet on the market, and from I've seen, I'm not about to doubt it, UNTIL companies start releasing new devices of their own. I heard that Asus is releasing new models of this already, so I don't know if I should wait....

Ok no, I'm not waiting, unless not buying it until June counts...by then the new models will probably be on the market...

Sidetracked...let's move on to why NOT?

Apparently the Texas Instruments OMAP 5 Processor blew the Nvidia Tegra 3 out. Of. The.Water with a webpage rendering test. But who knows, the variables could have been inconsistent.

So all in all with my sketchy review, I would say YES I am going to buy it. Because I had hands on experience which I failed to mention. Oops.
The main reason my review is sketchy is because I want you to research it from more reliable sources. Mine might be biased. Slightly.

Agh ok, so another post about what I could change or do better on....meh.

Alright, let's get started: Again, "You may notice" that I don't post about a lot of the current news. In fact, if I post about any news at all, it's old!! Why?
I mean, just about every other big big blogger has something going, whether it's a book promo, some ad, or maybe they are more the type of person to talk about what has happened on the news.
So again, why?
Hmm, well I think it's mostly because I hadn't learned to do that kind of thing. I think now, I would probably be better at it, and I am going to start experimenting with video AND regular old Blog format.
So we'll see, it may turn out good, it may turn out horrible. But at least I'll learn something!! And so will you all.

I still can't believe that I failed at writing more posts lately. I guess I had no inspiration to talk about anything, and that's not good! So following this sentence, I shall tell you my plans of what is to come!

I am going to go into every one of my unfinished writing projects, and FINISH them. Ok...so this doesn't quite include my books...that would take a very long time. I'll just finish my short stories and my other miscellaneous projects.

And being me, I ended up saving this post and not writing anything on it for a while.
So I typically lost my train of thought and I must conclude this 'article'.

What's to come, what to expect.

Hello all of you screaming fans, I am here LIVE, to tell you something that you need to know about my blog.
First off, you may have noticed that my blog posts are not typical. Meaning I don't use the whole custom template option nor do I use very many photos. It's more of an informational blog than anything, which could be good or bad.
I don't have an audio thing going on, which is just fine for now, although I might start recording stuff in the near future if life conditions permit.
I don't usually post videos. Hmm ok, so that can change. Whether it's of me, about me, or just me shooting film of something cool, like say...*cough*.... me talking about a particular subject, it will most likely be about me. Ok, I lie too big, it won't be about me.
IF I do end up recording podcasts/vlogs, it will be about the things I enjoy, such as Star Wars, Doctor Who, good ol' fashioned LEGO building, music, geology, and books I have read recently and really liked. Or ones that I hated. Oh and why not add the in between.

The changes I plan to make will be these.

#1: Add more photos. Whether they are serious and truly apply to my blog post subject matter will depend entirely on my mood.

#2: Add some videos. These will most likely be shot by me to avoid copyright infringement and because original content is so GOOD. Mostly...
I can’t say when I will be adding videos, because right now the only cameras I have available are my 5mp Cam on my HTC Merge(cell phone) and my even less MP webcam on my laptop....also, I have no idea what format the videos will be in. Vlog? Production? Podcast type? Who knows, I’ll think about it, maybe record some webcam fun to test my skillz. But it’s safe to say within the next 5 months.

#3: Add links, references, possibly add my music that I have been working on. I wonder if I can link SoundCloud....

#4: More monkeys. I don’t know why, but I seem to keep coming back to monkeys! Remember a few days ago I posted this long excerpt from Wikipedia on monkeys? Well...maybe not since it was all in Welsh...but I remember it! Someone’s got to....anyway, point is...MORE MONKEYS.

#5: More stuff to add to my To Add To list. Figure THAT one out! If you can, I will probably pay you for it, because I certainly can’t.

#6: I think I’m done now.
